5% Growth in Daily Milk Production at Malardshir Agricultural and Livestock Company during the First 8 Months of 1404 Compared to the Same Period Last Year

Malardshir Agricultural and Livestock Company succeeded in recording a 5% growth in average daily raw milk production during the first 8 months of 1404 compared to the same period last year; a growth resulting from the simultaneous improvement of several key components in the production process.

This performance improvement is the result of precise alignment of nutritional rations with the livestock's lactation curves, reduction in feed intake fluctuations, stabilization of the herd's metabolic status, and effective management of environmental and physiological stresses during the production period. The focus on increasing the feed-to-milk conversion efficiency, without imposing production pressure on the livestock, has played a decisive role in achieving this growth.

The increase in daily milk production, in addition to enhancing operational production capacity, has led to the sustainability of the raw material supply chain for the dairy industry, improved sales planning, and increased the company's operational flexibility, providing the ground for better management of fixed and variable costs.

Meysam Amirhosseini, CEO of Malardshir Agricultural and Livestock Company, noted in this regard:

"The organization's focus on controlling the details of the production process—from feed management and livestock housing conditions to the precise adjustment of milking schedules—has resulted in sustainable production growth without a decline in herd health indicators. This approach paves the way for increasing actual production capacity in the coming months."
